May has been a good month for us so far. After our busiest April yet (seven cruise ships), what used to feel like the start of the season now feels like half way through! Many more ships are due this month with three due on one day next weekend: a far cry from the four we would have all season not too many years ago…
The cruise market is not the only thing keeping us busy though. The annual Gig weekend has just taken place with a monumental 132 Gigs taking part. This gives us one of our busiest weekends of the year with double (full)sailings of the passenger ferry ‘Scillonian III’, full visitors moorings and of course, the racing itself. More next month…
